Accessibility

Reduced mobility tickets must be reserved in advance at the Tivoli BBVA Theater Ticket Office. The value applied to the ticket for the person with reduced mobility and their companion has a reduction of 50% from the value of the ticket. Due to the architectural characteristics of the century-old building, the only places that allow a wheelchair to remain are the aisles, and, for this purpose, two aisles for disabled mobility are reserved for all shows. Access must be made through the entrance corresponding to the side door of the theater, next to the main door. Tivoli BBVA has an access ramp and a lifting ramp with a maximum capacity of 250 kg. We have an elevator to access the Bar floor, for people with mobility.

Bar Service

The Bar located on the 2nd floor is open during public entry until the start of the show, and if there is a break it is open during this period. The Bar is accessible via the staircase or, for people with limited mobility, via its own elevator. Requires support from the front office team.
